PMI was formed by Kin Chang and Victor Chang, both seasoned high tech professionals in 2002 to serve businesses who were looking for a one stop solution to their business needs. We decided to combine our expertise in hosting for high e-commerce businesses, search engine optimization, and web design and put it all into one package. In addition, we have acquired and developed online assets that optimizes marketing strategies for any business that wants to establish or strengthened their online presence.

We are incorporated in Gibraltar and our scope is international. We serve North America and the EU region primarily, but we are looking to expand in East Asia and Latin America in the near future.
